Welcome.
Thank you for being here.

I’m Tanya, a registered Occupational Therapist, mental health & neurodiversity-affirming therapist, and certified Intuitive Coach and Guide based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I offer down-to-earth, trauma-sensitive, and nervous system-informed therapy for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, emotional difficulties, life transitions, and neurodivergence (included late-diagnosed and self-identified).

My approach blends somatic strategies, mindfulness, cognitive rehab and holistic OT practices to help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported - in a way that actually fits your real life.

If you’re looking for support that’s trauma-sensitive, practical, grounded in nervous system science, and truly respectful of your whole self – reach out. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Holistic Therapy for Mental Health, Burnout, Stress, Neurodivergence & Emotional Healing.

I offer individualized occupational therapy for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergence, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, somatic, and grounded in both evidence-based strategies and lived experience.

Sessions are available virtually, in-home, in-community, or in-office, and are paced to meet your nervous system, needs, and goals.

A Note on Inclusive, Identity-Safe Care

I strive to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome - your identity, culture, neurotype, body, beliefs, and lived experience. My approach is affirming, respectful, and rooted in care.

While I don’t claim to be an expert in social justice, I’m mindful of how systems like racism, ableism, and gender-based harm impact mental health. I aim to hold space with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to your lived experience.
