Welcome.
Thank you for being here.

I’m Tanya, a registered Occupational Therapist, mental health & neurodiversity-affirming therapist. I offer practical, trauma-sensitive therapy for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, emotional difficulties, life transitions, and neurodivergence (included late-diagnosed and self-identified).

If you’re looking for support that’s down-to-earth, grounded in nervous system science, and truly respectful of your whole self – reach out. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Holistic Therapy for Mental Health, Burnout, Stress, Neurodivergence & Emotional Healing.

In our work together, there’s room for your complexity, your needs, and your pace. We focus on supporting your capacity, emotional and sensory regulation, and gently shifting patterns that no longer support your day-to-day functioning.

My approach blends somatic strategies, mindfulness, and holistic, practical occupational therapy practices to help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported. Sessions are available most weekdays, in person at my office or virtually, and are paced to meet your nervous system, needs, and goals.

A Note on Inclusive, Identity-Safe Care

I want you to feel welcome here - every part of you. Your identity, culture, neurotype, body, beliefs, and lived experience all have a place in this work. My approach is affirming, respectful, and rooted in genuine care.

While I don’t claim to be an expert in social justice, I’m deeply aware of how systems like racism, ableism, and gender-based harm impact mental health. I hold space with humility and curiosity, and I’m committed to honouring the reality of your lived experience.

“Tanya brings intuitive presence, nervous system wisdom, & deep compassion to her work.”

Her care is attuned & neurodivergence affirming, offering clients a space to feel seen, soften self-doubt, and reconnect with their own strength & clarity.
