OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES
Mental Health & Neurodiversity-
Affirming Support for Adults
I offer individualized occupational therapy to support emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, and daily life participation for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and major life transitions.
Sessions are trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and goal-oriented. Interventions may include activity analysis, energy and pacing strategies, executive function supports, return-to-work planning and emotional regulation - always adapted to your needs, strengths, and capacity.
Sessions are available in-person at my office (627 Dudley Avenue) or virtually across Manitoba.

CORE SERVICE AREAS
-
For adults navigating ADHD, autism, or sensory differences - diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring. Focus areas include executive function, energy management, emotion regulation, identity, and advocacy.

Support for adults facing exhaustion or overwhelm. Combines nervous system regulation, sensory strategies, pacing tools, and sustainable routine support.

Sustainable, compassionate OT support for physical and mental health conditions impacting daily life.

Support for anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation, with a focus on nervous system regulation and daily functioning. Sessions may include goal-setting, routine-building, cognitive and somatic strategies, and values-based work. While my approach is trauma-informed and acknowledges the role of trauma in shaping patterns and capacity, I do not provide trauma-specific therapy or trauma processing, and will support referral or collaboration as appropriate.
-
Support for career shifts, RTW planning, and identity transitions. Sessions may include pacing, emotional support, and practical planning.
-
Body-based, trauma-sensitive OT to support safety and emotional and nervous system regulation, with an emphasis on gentle, paced practices rather than trauma processing.
