OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES
Mental Health & Neurodiversity-
Affirming Support for Adults
I offer individualized occupational therapy to support emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, and daily life participation for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and major life transitions.
Sessions are trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and goal-oriented. Interventions may include activity analysis, energy and pacing strategies, executive function supports, return-to-work planning, emotional regulation, and behavioural activation—always adapted to your needs, strengths, and capacity.
Sessions are available in-person (office, home, or community) or virtually across Manitoba.

CORE SERVICE AREAS

For anxiety, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, and trauma. Includes goal-setting, routine-building, cognitive and somatic strategies, values-based work, and behavioural activation.

For adults navigating ADHD, autism, or sensory differences - diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring. Focus areas include executive function, energy management, identity, and advocacy.

Support for adults facing exhaustion or overwhelm. Combines nervous system regulation, pacing tools, and sustainable routine support.

Support for career shifts, RTW planning, and identity transitions. Sessions may include pacing, emotional support, and practical planning.

Body-based, trauma-sensitive OT to support safety, emotional and nervous system regulation, and healing - always paced to your needs.

Sustainable, compassionate OT support for physical and mental health conditions impacting daily life.
SESSION TYPES
Sessions are billed at $150/hour unless otherwise arranged with a third-party fundor. Session length typically ranges from 60 to 90 minutes based on client need and therapeutic goals.
Assessment, consultation with other providers, and documentation (e.g., progress notes, reports) are available as needed.

Occupational therapy is often covered by extended health benefits or third-party fundors such as insurance providers, disability case managers, and professional unions.
