OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

Mental Health & Neurodiversity-
Affirming Support for Adults

I offer individualized occupational therapy to support emotional wellbeing, executive functioning, and daily life participation for adults navigating burnout, chronic stress, trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and major life transitions.

Sessions are trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and goal-oriented. Interventions may include activity analysis, energy and pacing strategies, executive function supports, return-to-work planning and emotional regulation - always adapted to your needs, strengths, and capacity.

Sessions are available in-person at Suite Eleven Therapy & Wellness (11-1700 Corydon Avenue) or virtually across Manitoba.
