Hi, I’m Tanya.
I’m a registered Occupational Therapist (O.T. Reg. MB), certified Intuitive Coach, and mental health practitioner with advanced training in mental health, neurodivergence, trauma, somatic therapy and nervous system care.
Like many of my clients, my path to this work has been deeply personal. After launching my first coaching practice as a new mother, I experienced profound burnout following my second pregnancy and the birth of my twin boys. That season of my life led to the discovery of my own neurodivergence and a necessary shift into a more authentic way of living.
As a highly sensitive, high-achieving, late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, I know what it’s like to push through, to over-perform, to always feel behind no matter how hard you try. I know what it’s like spend years trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for your brain, your energy, or your way of being.
I also know the relief that comes when you finally decide to choose yourself, meet your own needs, and work within your own capacity with real-life strategies that actually work for you.
My approach is down-to-earth, holistic, supportive and human - with your needs always at the center of what we do.
Rooted in cognitive and somatic strategies, psychotherapy, nervous system work, and real-life experience, I aim to make the big, complicated things in your life feel more manageable and less overwhelming.
Occupational therapy is about supporting your capacity to engage with daily life in a way that actually works for you. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and find practical, meaningful ways to support your capacity, clarity, and sense of direction in your daily life.
Sessions are paced to work with your needs and the realities of your life. Always trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming, and most importantly, real.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in a way of living that no longer serves them. Many are caregivers, helping professionals, educators, creatives, or high-achievers who’ve spent years masking and over-performing to fit in systems that weren't designed for them.
Others are living with trauma, chronic stress or illness, loss of identity, or neurodivergence - including those exploring or diagnosed with ADHD and autism, often later in life. Some are returning to work, shifting careers, or rethinking their identity.
Whether you’re craving more rest, energy, motivation - or simply a deeper trust in yourself - our work will meet you where you are and support you in building a life that feels aligned with who you actually are.
What You Can Expect
Our work will be real, respectful, and rooted in the realities of your life and daily routine. We’ll move at your pace. Some sessions may focus on nervous system regulation or executive function strategies. Others might explore boundaries, sensory needs, relationship patterns, consciousness or spiritual alignment - whatever’s most relevant to you.
At its core, my practice is about helping you reconnect with what truly matters, feel safer in your own system, and build a life that actually works for you.
If you’re ready for support that’s practical, intuitive, and truly honours your whole self - I’d love to connect.
